Building Plan Submission and Approval


Conditions are that Plans provided to us must include Owners, Architects and Engineers signatures as well as all supporting documentation. Copies of the Title Deed, Zoning and Approved Municipal Plans must be provided – can be ordered through our site. Our Admin Team will provide a detailed list once the process is ordered. Time Frame on average 8 to 10 weeks from the date of submission.

(excludes submission fees to The City and includes Copies, Circulation and 2 x Courier Services)
